Job Description

Purpose of the Role :

To effectively Manage Team and ensuring 100% fault resolution at customers place and maintain 100% network up time ensuring 100% Customer satisfaction with the service. 

  Role Description :  
1. Ensuring 100% network uptime and on time complaints resolution. 
2. Ensuring the complaints received by the Customer Service team is resolved and closing the TTs as per the TAT.
 3. Coordinating with Technical Team and Customer Service Team to close the complaint within time and maintain lesser GART.
 4. Keeping track of the team on the customer complaints resolutions and ensuring there are no repeated complaints.
 5. Coordinating with Customer Service and Technical team for complaint resolution on time.
6. Conducting Technical surveys & audits on regular intervals.
7. Network health check and up gradation as and when required. 8. Reducing the churn % and positive contribution towards net additions 
9. Daily reviews with the team on process adherence & performance.   

Key Result Areas : 
To handle team effectively by increasing the satisfaction levels of the customers by providing quality service and resolution to the customers with lesser GART.

Required Candidate profile

Work Experience :
1. Should have Minimum 8+ years experience in a consultative environment preferred
2. Should have Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role handling large teams
3. Experience in rollout and maintenance of telecom infrastructure will be advantage.
4. Should possess strong market Intelligence/Industry knowledge or experience 5. Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional projects
6. Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities and project management skills
7. Must have Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
