Function Name : Retail Sales

Purpose of the Role
To enhance the enquiry conversion and generate more prospects from all the data types.
Role Description
1. Lead generation from all inbound Non converted prospects
2. Lead generation from Abandoned data on daily basis
3. Lead generation from CRP & Digital data on daily basis
4. Lead generation from all Non converted Just dial data
5. Follow-up on Marketing leads to enhance the enquiry generation
6. Hourly wise lead generation need to be monitored
7. Ensure 100% tagging accuracy for all the data types.
8. Voice of Customer need to be monitored for all data types to enhance the data accuracy
9. Roster adherence
10. Trainings need to be conducted on data types wise sales pitch
11. Vendor management
a. Daily basis lead generation
b. MIS reports need to be flashed on daily basis
c. Trainings need to be conducted
d. Closely monitoring on lead generation vs sale closed
12. Attrition control.

Increase the sales by tele calling all the data types and to enhance the enquiry conversion
Increase the sales executive productivity by doing the immediate customer approach
