JOB Description

KAM -' Driver Sales in existing and new companies of great than 100 CR revenue KAM is a key member of Enterprise team and will work closely with Business Head, EB sales and support team, NOC, product, finance, and other functional groups to build market leading Enterprise Business Vertical in Karnataka

Lead the Enterprise sales team with examples.
. Recruit, develop and coach EB direct sales team to ensure that they are enabled and empowered to drive and achieve respective KPIs.
. Coordinate with all Dept. for ther business vertical needs and make sure high service standards maintained.
. Key accounts retention and realtionship building
. Break through Large Corporate business deals as self contribution
. Achieve assinged KPIs month by month.

Functional Competencies – (Specific functional skills/ capabilities)

. Minimum six (6-8) years of experience in a Direct Corporate and Channel sales, business
development or related role.
. Relevant experience in ISP/telco/carrier relationship and business partner management.
. Min 2-3 years of experience in similar roal is a plus.
. Experience in building and leading high performance teams.
. Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
. Attention to detail and self drivers with high energy levels
