Visit all disconnection requests raised in the month (Avg 50 requests per month)

Interact with customer & SD team who requests for Name change & Shifting

Out calling & filed visit if required to collect dues from disconnected customers

Plan upgradtion calling for FUP crossed customers to increase revenue
