Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders for achievement of strategy
  • Engage in end-to-end employee lifecycle management starting with manpower planning & replenishment, induction & assimilation, performance management, employee engagement and rewards & recognition
  • Utilize HR metrics to monitor performance and identify actionable trends
  • Preparing HR Dashboards and ensure up to date visualization of attrition trends
  • Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations
  • Identifying and implementing training & development initiatives for improving employee productivity, capability and quality enhancement
  • Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like collection on attendance, leaves and maintain accurate employee records
