Executive – Tele Sales
Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure Prospects are generated and converted from the leads received through various sources.
1. Outcall prospect who enquired for a new connection as allocated by the team leader
2. Educate customer about the various plans and offers available
3. Help customer to take a decision to opt for ACT
4. Capture the lead in FWMP and Track Followup Leads
5. Call back prospect in case of future sales requirement
6. Attempt 3 times in case of no-responses and arrange to send sms
Overall lead generation & Lead conversion
Functional Competencies : Understanding Customer Requirements
Behavioral Competencies : Customer centricity , Passion for excellence, Good convincing skills
Education Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
Work Experience :
1. Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales / Tele Sales/Inside Sales/Tele Calling
