Managing the Collection and retention team

Reduce Voluntary Churn with Proactive measures

Improve Retention Efficiency through Warm Transfer and out bound

Reduce Abandoned

Reduce waiver based collection recovery/reactivation

Training and Quality intervention for customer interfacing teams

Drive FTR and improved CSAT scores

Reduce TAT of disconnection TT's

Drive Process Automation

Drive Team Engagement and Reduce Attrition

Candidate should have relevant experience in collection and customer retention role.

Should have team handling experience.
